Paperwork: Once you schedule your appointment, we will send you a link with your personalized login information for the online portal. This portal gives you access to all the forms you need as well as the ability to schedule follow-up visits and reschedule appointments.
Our Cancellations Policy: In common with most professional services, our practitioners are self-employed and therefore need to manage their diaries efficiently. We therefore operate a strict cancellations policy requiring all clients to give us 24 hour notice of any cancelled session. The full fee is payable if sufficient notice is not given.
